KynyNasty

Lately I’ve been into Japanese tokusatsu series and I’ve been searching over them from internet. Kind of rare and hard to find especially if you want a dvd with orig. language and english subtitles. It’s great though that there are Spanish dubbed clips on youtube for the sake of true KynyNasty experience.

It would be great to see some of these series for example on Sub-TV. It could fit the channels profile and of course people would watch these when they’ve hangover on saturday mornings.

This week I recommend awesome Japanese nonsense humor anime series titled Gyagu Manga Biyori (Gag manga biyori). The first season is available entirely at YouTube.

I have selected couple of my personal favorite episodes here. Second season has been made also but only three episodes have been fansubbed so far. I haven’t read the manga though. Prepare yourself for random and absurd experience.

Some of the gags go way beyond understanding mostly because you need to know Japanese culture (okay there are some translators notes but you won’t have time to read them).

The director of the series (Akitaro Daichi) is famous for directing similar kind of shows like Sexy Commando Gaiden: Sugoiyo! Masaru-san (which is also available at YouTube). Appreciated.

One of the hottest acts this year imo. They are doing the same thing Daft Punk has done over the years and they’re doing it well. New Jack is one of my fav. tracks at the moment and love the orig. Brothers Johnson song too. Tenebre is also one of my favourite giallo movies of alltime by Dario Argento. The movie features some awesome music by Goblin which is a band formed by Claudio Simonetti, one of the godfathers to Italo-Disco. Nuff said.

Yes. Finnish ghettotech act Cocknutz is coming to town this friday. The night includes support from dj Pataässä and local all-star dj Waxtastic plus visuals by Superia United & Ålari. So it’s a night full of bass. Supported.
