Heard that the first snow has already fallen in Rovaniemi. It was 19°C here in Has­selt today and that would be con­sid­ered almost as a heat­wave in Lap­land. But yeah, the sum­mer is def­i­nitely over.

Eumir Deodato is Brazil­ian award win­ning pro­ducer, musi­cian and arranger spe­cial­iz­ing in pop/jazz/funk/crossover stuff. This is his take on italo disco music. The unique sound of 1984 could not be repli­cated prop­erly today. Still it doesn’t sound dated to me, just fresh futur­is­tic funk.
