I really like the Bev­erly Hills Cop sound­tracks and do pre­fer syn­the­siz­ers over orches­tras (oh really?). Appas­sion­ata could be a song that never quite made the orig­i­nal sound­track of Bev­erly Hills Cop. No sur­prise since it is pro­duced by the iconic synth-wizard him­self. Even to this day none of Harold Faltermeyer’s sound­track score has ever been released. It’s a shame and some­one should step up and release those tracks (maybe Para­mount, pretty please?). Some­thing like Clone did by releas­ing pre­vi­ously unre­leased track “So High” on Box Jams. #12 of Kyny­Nasty Vol. 1.
