It’s raining and I’m sitting outdoors, nearby local library. Thank god for HI-TECH (free wlan). Summer in Rovaniemi has been super nice until now.

So, Midsummer’s party all gone and forgotten. Here’s still a quick recap on my part: happened to find lots of Dance Mania Records tunes on spotify (what a treat – now I’ll have to get an account). Put records on platters at Kauppayhtiö. Found my way half accidentally to an afterparty, passed out onto a couch (bad mistake d-u-h) and left behind half full bottle of my kinda brand of spirit when leaving early in the morning. Had to take a cab back home – too long a walk with record bag, being still drunk and all that usual. At least the taxi driver seemed to be amused.

I’ve felt kinda laidback since. That’s always reason enough for posting smooth a tune.

This one by p-funk fam extraordinaire is maybe not so obscure but perhaps bit forgotten slowish jam. It can be found from the album T.A.P.O.A.F.O.M. which is an acronym of “The Awesome Power of a Fully-Operational Mothership”.
